This is my tier lean for ecumenical purpose like PVP , Tower , and Boss ( guild / hero trials )
Zeus and sunwukong are the most OP poor boy for now .
Zeusexcels at clearing towers and pvp because he can utilize skill in 1st round and damage 6 enemies . That will erase all enemies at 1st daily round except for tougher foeman with high HP . Well , on the foreman side ( guild / hero sandwich test ) Zeus can be said 2nd best damager after wukong . And the best way to show why Zeus is OP than any hero is because Zeus has nucleotide AtkATKd HP stats than another hero

Wukongexcels at carry on high-pitched damage , especially on bosses like guild dungeon and hero trial . And for clearing the tower he is 2nd good after Zeus , he is just a bit under Zeus because wukong needs 2nd round to earn all foeman . And you need RnG so that wukong does n’t get KO’d or at worst permanently stunned with 6 Diaochan or 6 Cao Cao . For PVP wukong can be said 2nd or 3rd , well course wukong ca n’t wipe out Zeus with the same power . and why I said maybe wukong can be 3rd because lu bu has the same power . wukong seems to have a difficult time killing high HP Lu bu . and sometimes will die first because Lu Bu burns .
LuBuas f2p lu bu is the most potent hero you may get . the downside for lubu is he is counter by Nobunaga ( immune to tan ) . that ’s why your former progress on column will be stuck , and on pvp too you will get hardly countered by Nobunaga under your king . But overall I will say he is the near grinder for f2p .
Caesarwell nothing to say , but he is the effective tanker with the ludicrous amount of scathe reduction . and ofcourse his taunt what makes him the best .

HouYihe have skills that have foe HP% based damage . it will make a huge damage if the enemy have high floor HP like Zeus and LuBu . and why i put him at S tier because he have accomplishment and canonical onrush that will freeze 3 enemy at 50 % chance . and excess 25 % if the enemy are mage .
Fortuna support who have heal ( HP base ) , rise ATK , rise Crit , and can clear all debuff and push control . The most perfect living for now .
i. ZhugeLiang damager who have skill and basic attack that give enemy HP% price . and not just that . every play he dealth damage as much as 300 % foeman atk every turning and make them get healing forbiddance for 15 % and furbish up zhuge HP for 15 % too . I think he can counter wukong who have high atk base . and with that attainment he can dealth high damage to guild dungeon too because the boss have vast atk stat too .
