In chapter 1 - 80 : The maximal reduction is cap at 75 %
New In chapters 81 - 140 : You require ( Chapter level + 15)% . Chapter 127 will require ( 127 + 15)% = 142 % reduction to strike roof
New In chapters 141 - 150 : You need approximately ( Chapter level + 20)% . Chapter 142 will require a 162 % reduction
New In chapters 150 to 160 ? : You need approximately ( Chapter level + 25)% . Chapter 155 will need a 180 % simplification
