How to Level Gear
The first two geartrain you should max are Tier 1 & 2 uncommon ( fleeceable ) weapon system and armors .
Next , you should max Tier 1 & 2 rarefied ( blasphemous ) artillery and armor .
After that , there are two option :

Recommend spending dice on heroes first because it ’s much cheaper .
DO NOT spend die on getting bonus - owned consequence for armour first — concentrate on weapons first .
you’re able to only get fillip - owned effects for fabled and high rareness gearing . Only spend dice once you ’ve leveled the gear to the required level to get the incentive - owned effect ; otherwise , you miss out on the in effect value for your dice .
