unbendable increase : Not S tier IMO , it ’s countered by Quincy arrows and is sorry retiring turn 3/4 . So A tier , still heavy but not awing in every individual situation .
Double Ceramic : A tier IMO because the 2nd bearing can be used on whatever , and the first is reserve for double spry ready .

Restock : B level because it ’s too easy to congest up with card and not draw to the 8 - card limit or lose out on board draw with it , and it ’s 4 toll which is a higher roadblock .
Zebra Bloon : B vitamin level IMO , go really well with the incline original or anything with a farm in it .
thaumaturgist : hundred grade because it ’s 70 worth of bloon time value per turn . Not unsound , but the monkey one-armed bandit does hurt .
Bouncing Bullet : B tier , it ’s one of the higher DPT options at 77.5 DPT and outranked by the more consistent 80 DPT alternative . get full time value even with only 2 bloons .
Improved Fortification : C tier , it ’s unspoiled with firm increment or aura of potency bloon specifically , and it can buff emboldened bloon while it still goes down to 1 delay at the closing of the good turn .
Double Rainbow : C tier , it ’s good board economic value and that ’s it . deserving run with in high spirits farming decks ATM .
Expert treater : B tier because it ’s rapscallion remotion , it ’s a must - peck for control .
Powerful Slowing Totem :D tier , this cost 7 gold to not remove any health and ca n’t protect against 0 delay bloons .
Dart Monkey :D tier for having no corner IMO , but you’re able to keep it in C mayhap . Maybe just fine with control but easily outclass by 2 - toll monkeys .
Red Bloon Storm : atomic number 6 tier up , IDK if I ’m biased because Quincy and also Gwen Firestorm counter it too much . And it ’s reasonable for the opponent to have access to Quincy 9 by the time one dally scarlet bloon storm .
